Efficient and Safe Best Practices for Trailer Loading
Purpose
The goal of this workshop is to train horse owners on safe, efficient, and standardized
procedures for loading horses on trailers. This ensures compliance with safety best
practices, reduces damage to horse and owner, minimizes injuries, and improves
overall loading times and productivity.
Objectives
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Understand and apply horse handling safety standards and best practices.
- Properly assess loading techniques.
- Use equipment correctly and safely.
- Recognize hazards and how to prevent common loading-related problems.
